About Me

“Coach Cindy helped me to discover what area of self care I needed to focus on through discussion, insightful questions & assessments. She then co-created with me an accountability plan supported by newly acquired tools.”
“Through the coaching partnership I was able to increase my
self awareness and personal growth”
“I think everything that I've done for the past year... the one-on-one sessions with you have been a positive experience for me. You helped me see that. I am a lot stronger, my head is screwed on a little tighter, my eyes have been opened, and I am finally seeing and hearing me!!!!!”
“Thank you for helping me.”
