Exploring Possibilities

We have more possibilities available in each moment than we realize

Self Care & Personal Development

When dealing with life’s challenges, the first thing to go is often our ability to care for ourselves. I can work with you to assess your needs in trying times and to guide you in a process of discovering unmet needs. Whether in the realm of boundaries, communication needs, or reconnecting to your deeper self, I’ll meet you where you are and together we’ll discover where you want to go.

Life & Relational Transitions

When life gives you lemons… make lemonade? It’s not always that simple is it? Difficult life changes are often accompanied by the need to make hard choices at a time when you can feel ill-equipped to do so. Using a trauma informed approach* I walk with you, offering support and guidance as appropriate as you navigate through these transitional and often, transformative, experiences.

A trauma-informed approach…

In addition to being a certified professional life coach (ACC), I have complementary training/certification in couples coaching (Gottman, Couples Centered Recovery, ERCEM), as a partner coach for those who have experienced betrayal trauma (APSATS, CPC), and am a certified peer facilitator through A Door of Hope (C-SASI). I am also trained in HeartMath and have completed a course of study in Somatic and body-oriented coaching which allows me to bring grounding and integrative exercises for those who have experienced trauma into my client work.

Trauma informed coaches do not treat trauma, instead they work with you as a peer or mentor to help you understand the process of recovery, to learn and utilize tools to engage in that recovery, and to reconnect with yourself and your strengths. Trauma informed coaches may also work in tandem with counselors or therapists to support their client’s healing in practical ways while developing a positive vision of their future.
